Terms and Conditions

  1. Control of Content & Selection of Presenters & Moderators: PMIRGC is responsible for control of content and selection of presenters and moderators. There will be no "scripting," emphasis, or direction of content by the company or its agents.
  2. Displays are limited to tabletop or banner stands that are freestanding to fit within a 6 ft table space.
  3. PMIRCG, the planning committee, the venue, or individuals associated with the conference management are not responsible for any valuables or damages to sponsor displays, setups, or materials.

The sponsor and their representatives agree to abide by all requirements of the PMIRGC Volunteer Committee and follow PMI standards for sponsor support. PMIRGC agrees to acknowledge support from the sponsor company in program brochures, event digital materials, and other program materials, and provide proof of performance upon request of the sponsor.
