Bite-Sized Learning - From Zero to Agile: One Scrum Master's Journey with an Education Program

Ways of Working

Most professionals associate agile with software development and not much else. Not anymore! Come learn about how Randi Krueger was able to leverage Scrum in a new role, with a brand new team that was unaware of how to run a Scrum project. Come learn how we are standing up an education program that has national and eventually global implications.

Objectives:

  1. How to successfully lay the groundwork for setting up an agile team when the team lacks knowledge around Agile and the tools.
  2. How retrospectives and immediate action created the right environment to get things done.
  3. How to become a role model within Education Services to take Agile to infinity and beyond.
