Join us to learn a brief history of DevOps and a non-technical breakdown of DevOps essentials. Ms. Grong will review the benefits and challenges of managing DevOps/cloud projects and provide a brief overview of disruptive technologies and tips for managing these types of projects. Plus we'll look at the future of the cloud/microservices project market.
Erica is a passionate Agile and Gamification change agent with over 25+ years' experience in IT and is currently employed as a Senior Information Systems Engineering Project Manager at Sandia National Laboratories and just recently earned her MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management. She is a Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP), a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and holds a PMP, PMI-ACP, and is an Agile Hybrid Project Project Pro.
