The speaker, Tiffany Huling Broadous, will share some golden nuggets of managing remote project teams and juggling personal and family activities to help you assess, pivot and perform for the long haul, all from your Dining Table.  Objectives:  Scope - assess and reassess the environment; communication plan - open and continuous communication is key; and key stakeholders and The Dining Table.

 

Tiffany Huling Broadous is the founder and CEO of Working Mom’s Dream. In this role she takes a stand for high performing working moms to dream again while being her best self.  She does this through her coaching, mastermind and event/retreat service offerings. Tiffany is a full-time working wife and mother of 5 brilliant children.  As a Manager of the IT PMO at her organization she manages a team of project and program managers that services and supports the shared services applications, technology and infrastructure programs and projects.  She also manages the Shared Services Portfolio.
