Nancy Bos is an award-winning author, TEDx speaker, and dynamic performer known for lighting up the stage with energy, authenticity, and heart. As the founder of The Confidence Alliance, Nancy draws on over 30 years of experience in voice science, coaching, and live performance to help professionals tap into their full presence and power.

David Doan, PhD, MBA, RN, BCMAS, PMC-II, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is the current President of PMI Los Angeles Chapter and a recognized leader in project management and healthcare transformations. With over 30 years of experience, David has led complex projects for payers, providers, and healthcare innovators, specializing in digital transformation, workflow optimization, and value-based care.

Sarah Lee, CGFM, Manager of Project Management at Sandia National Laboratories, Sarah has significant experience addressing Urgent Operational Needs (UONs) projects. Most recently, she was a participant of the prestigious Department of Energy (DOE) Project Leadership Institute, focused on building a culture of project management excellence across DOE.

Dr. Amy Grimm, DVM, CLC is a success and well-being coach, speaker, and veterinarian who helps high-performing professionals lead with clarity, energy, and purpose without sacrificing their well-being. A former medical director who experienced burnout firsthand, Amy now coaches leaders across industries to recognize the hidden costs of hustle culture and create sustainable success through strategic prioritization and people-first leadership.

Dr. Robert Tierney, BSc, MBA, PhD Assistant Professor at Northern New Mexico College, Dr. Tierney teaches project management and technology innovation, drawing from a multidisciplinary background in molecular biology (BSc), business (MBA), and a PhD in Technology Innovation from the University of Twente.

Special Guest Diane Alsing, D.Eng, PMP, PMI-ACP Chair of the Compensation and Talent Committee for the Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute. Diane has served on the Board of Directors of Project Management Institute since 2023 and is a regular speaker at events and conferences around the world. She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University where she teaches courses on sustainable operations, ethical organizational standards, operational agility, strategic positioning of environmental strategies, and adaptive project management.
