March Pathways & PDUs @Top Golf Skybox

The presentation will share practical insights and lessons learned from founding and collaborating within a health education team during the pandemic. By sharing insights into founding a team during the pandemic, I hope to inspire attendees to take proactive steps in fostering collaboration and creating their own initiatives to support communities during challenging times.

1) Explore the challenges and opportunities for collaboration presented by the pandemic and after.

2) Identify strategies for building and sustaining a successful team and ways to identify success.

3) Determine ways to foster collaboration and design initiatives to support communities and teams during challenging times.
