In this presentation, there will be a brief overview of the basic Agile methodology leading into how it can affect day to day activities. Following, we will discuss the major differences on how difficult it is to move from traditional methods to an Agile framework. With touching on Scrum and XP methodologies, the takeaways will be what it means to be an Agile Project Manager and how we can adjust to our teams similarly to when our teams adjusting when they are working. In addition to these top-level understandings of Agile and different applications, there are some real-life examples that we will run through together in which we are developing an application with changing priorities and how to effectively manage with Agile efforts. The meat and potatoes of Agile is actually applying it in scenarios, in which, we will go through some real-life scenarios and get our hands on.
