Noontime Knowledge - The Rewards of Volunteering in High Stakes Projects

Ways of Working

Project Managers typically love to volunteer. We cannot help it. It is in our nature. Even though our volunteer endeavors do not typically have the same budgets as our paid projects, they can have just as high stakes. This presentation will talk about the leadership skills, project management skills and the satisfaction of mentoring others afforded by these volunteer opportunities.  Learning objectives:  Stakeholder management; communications; conflict resolution.
