PMI-RGC Noontime Knowledge - Wicked Problem Solving

Power Skills

Today’s problems come in all shapes and sizes and are only growing more complex. Specialized roles, remote teams, and siloed organizations require innovative ways to tackle everyday challenges. Make ideas reality by utilizing the power of structured thinking and creative collaboration.

Parash Sharma, Shivani Gupta and Rosana Juestel will provide an overview of how the Wicked Problem Solving toolkit improves collaboration skills and enables learners to more clearly visualize current state, uncover opportunities, and guide teams towards impactful solutions. In addition, the presenters will share how WSP will help facilitate more effective meetings with tips on how to turn passive bystanders into active participants with clear meaningful tasks.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a problem solving exercise. Parash, Shivani and Rosana will act as facilitators and use WSP toolkit to solve the problem creatively and collaboratively.

What is Wicked Problem Solver?
