Annual State of the Board and officer elections followed by a Special Projects presentation by chapter member Bill Zobel, application of project management skills to the conversion of a VW Beetle from gasoline to electric power.

Presentation Objectives:  

1. How to develop a work breakdown schedule for a project

2. How to deal with project constraints

3. How to deal with scope creep

4. Updates by Board of Directors

Presenter Bio: Bill Zobelo

BS Civil Engineering, MPH Environmental Health, 22+ years commissioned officer in the US Public Health Service (13+ years with US Indian Health Service constructing water and wastewater systems and 9 years with US Environmental Protection Agency’s (US EPA’s) Superfund (hazardous waste cleanup) program), 22+ years as a consultant (Government contractor) to US EPA (Supported the Superfund and Water Security programs)
