2)  Lynelle Brode will be discussing a brief history of her career, how her career has prepared her for project management, and how the skills she’s learned through project management has helped her start her own business.  Lynelle has over 15 years’ experience in the environmental consulting industry as a jack-of-all trades – but specializes in geophysics, waste management, and project management. The skills and confidence she’s gained throughout her career led her to turn a hobby and passion into a side business. In 2020, Lynelle started Atomic Home Repair Services – a woman-owned home repair and remodel business. Her skills gained through project management have been invaluable in building a healthy business with a solid customer base and strong relationships with other contractors in Los Alamos.
