Director of Marketing - Carmelina Gibson

Carmelina is an IT Project Manager with Presbyterian Healthcare Services – Technology Services Organization where she primarily focuses on Business Expansion/Real Estate projects. Prior to PHS, she worked for State government in Web Applications and Development Services where she was part of a team who introduced and implemented Lean/Agile methodologies within the IT Department using Kanban for software development projects. She has also managed software implementations for Legal Services.

Director of Membership - John Kerwin

John Kerwin has over 30 years IT and Project Management experience in multiple areas, including DOD, DOE/NNSA, Corrections, Education, Insurance, Children Youth & Family, and Municipal Courts.  John is currently a Principal Consultant for RESPEC, Inc.  John is a PMP and has been an active member of the Rio Grande Chapter since 2017.

Director of Mentorship - Timothy (Tim) Jerome, PMP®

Tim Jerome, PMIRGC President 2013-2014, presented at monthly chapter breakfast meetings to serve membership in getting PDUs, networking, and gaining project management knowledge. This year he reviewed the PMBOK knowledge areas while discussing the collision of proper Project Management, the day-to-day business environment and our personal code of ethics.



Tim has been involved with the PMIRGC Board of Directors since 2010 serving in different roles including President and VP Professional Development. He is the founder of the successful PMIRGC chapter breakfast program.

PDU Liaison - Randi Krueger, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PBA®, PMI-RMP®, ITIL®

Randi Krueger has spent her entire career in project management with roles ranging from technical writing to training program management for a statewide jobs program. She also spent time as a supervisor with 3 direct reports in a training program for disadvantaged youth. The last 2 years have been spent in global IT service delivery at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management, in addition to four PMI credentials:   PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-RMP.  She also holds an ITIL certification.

Director of Social Media - Melanie Knight, PMP®

Born and raised on the Navajo Nation, Melanie utilizes her PMP and Bachelors in Exercise Science and Nutrition to manage grants that aim to prevent or treat diabetes in American Indian/Alaska Native communities.   Alongside the social media director responsibilities for PMIRGC, Melanie is also a frequent Breakfast Meeting attendee and supporter.
